The 90-Day Booked-Out Install
The Whole Mechanism, Start to Finish.
This is everything we do and roughly when we do it. Nothing is being held back here, because the reason this works is not that the method is secret. It is that almost nobody runs all of it, properly, for ninety days straight.
The build, then the ninety days.
Roughly two weeks to build, then ninety days of management from the day campaigns go live.
Days 1 to 5
Offer engineering and access
We start with what you sell, not with ads. Most campaigns fail before a dollar is spent because “we do detailing” is a description, not a reason to act today. We turn what you do into an offer with a clear reason to respond now, then take access to your ad account, page, and pixel so nothing is blocked later.
- A written offer we both agree on
- Ad account, page, and pixel access confirmed
- Your numbers: average ticket, close rate, capacity
Days 5 to 10
Funnel, tracking, and creative
The landing page gets built, tracking gets installed and tested end to end, and the first six ads get produced. You are not writing anything and you are not designing anything. We will ask you for photos or footage, and that is the extent of it.
- Landing page live and converting-ready
- Pixel and conversion tracking verified with test events
- Six ads produced and ready to run
Days 10 to 14
The follow-up system
This is the part that decides whether the ads were worth running. Speed-to-lead auto-response goes in, the text-first follow-up sequences get built, and you get the phone script. A lead that arrives and sits for six hours is money you already spent and then threw away.
- Instant auto-response on every new lead
- Multi-touch follow-up sequences live in your CRM
- Phone script written for your offer
Launch, day 0
Campaigns go live
The ninety days starts here, at launch, not at signature. That matters: if it started at signature, a slow handover of ad account access would quietly eat a third of the window before a single ad ran.
- Campaigns live
- The ninety-day clock starts
- Daily management begins
Days 1 to 30 after launch
Find what works
Early spend buys information. We watch cost per lead, which creative earns attention, which audiences respond, and most importantly what happens to leads after they arrive. Bad leads are a targeting or offer problem and they get fixed here, not tolerated.
- Winning creative identified
- Cost per lead trending toward target
- Lead quality reviewed against what actually booked
Days 30 to 90 after launch
Make it predictable
Scale what works, cut what does not, and keep testing new creative before the current set fatigues. By the end of the window the goal is not a good month. It is knowing roughly what a booked appointment costs you, so spending more is a decision instead of a gamble.
- Cost per booked appointment you can plan around
- A creative pipeline that does not run dry
- A weekly scoreboard you actually understand
What you get every week, the whole time.
A Loom every day
A short video walking through what changed, what we are watching, and what we are doing about it. You will never have to chase us asking whether anything is happening.
A call every week
We go through the scoreboard together: spend, leads, cost per lead, and what happened to those leads once they hit your phone.
What we need from you.
Short list, and all of it matters. The guarantee depends on these being held up, so we go through them out loud before anything starts.
- Answer new leads within five minutes during your stated business hours.
- Hold the minimum ad spend for the full period, with no pausing mid-flight.
- Provide ad account, page, and pixel access within five business days.
- Provide the photos and video we request within ten business days.
- Show up to the weekly call.
- Run the follow-up sequences as supplied, without rewriting them.
- Keep the advertised offer and price steady unless we agree to change it.
- Have the capacity to actually service the work.
And what it costs you to try
If we don't hit the number in 90 days, you get every dollar of your fee back. We set that number together on the call, in writing, before you start. Separately, you will need a minimum of $3,000 per month in ad spend. Ad spend is the client's money, paid to Meta, in an account the client owns. It is never paid to CHESSON and it is never refundable, because it was never ours.
Want to know if this fits your business?
Thirty minutes. We ask how you get work today, what you want to grow, and what you can service. Then we tell you honestly whether this is a fit, including when it is not.
